If you were unable to find a local dealer to purchase your Spa Living Accessories from, the following information applies to orders placed directly with Infinitree.

How quickly do my item(s) ship?

Orders ship and arrive 4-14 days after purchase, depending on your location.

How will my order arrive?

Most orders ship via FedEx. Orders for multiple items will commonly ship on a single pallet; the boxes will be secured with shrink wrap.

What are estimated shipping costs?

For orders over $250, shipping is free with no heavy weight surcharge.

Are there any shipping restrictions?

Infinitree cannot ship to P.O. boxes or beyond the contiguous United States. If you wish to order from Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or Internationally, please contact us at info@infinitreeoutdoor.com to discuss options prior to ordering.

How do I track my order?

To see an estimated delivery date, navigate to infinitreeoutdoor.com/account/login and click "Order Status." Each item will have its current status and estimated arrival date. You will also receive a confirmation email with all the tracking information when an item has shipped.

How do I return items bought through an authorized Infinitree dealer?

For warranty claims, Infinitree will for pay for shipping and/or returns of any product purchased from an Authorized Dealer that is deemed to be defective and under warranty coverage for a period of two (2) years. If the product/component in question is covered for a period of less than two years, Infinitree will cover the cost of shipping during the warranty coverage period of that component.


Original proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim made and we therefore recommend that the purchaser work directly with the authorized Infinitree dealer that supplied the product to submit a claim. The purchaser/dealer should provide digital photographs to clearly show the issue. Infinitree will, possibly with the assistance of your authorized retailer, review the claim carefully. If the claim is approved, Infinitree will provide a Return Goods
Authorization (RGA) number which should be printed & taped to each piece of furniture and also marked clearly on the outside of each box returned.

How do I return Infinitree item(s) bought on infinitreeoutdoor.com? Will I have to pay for return shipping fees?

Infinitree offers a 30-day free return policy on all items sold within the 48 contiguous states. Items must be unused and still in their original packaging. The 30 days starts from the shipping date. For these returns, contact us via email: info@infinitreeoutdoor.com

For returns after 30 days, please also contact us via email: info@infinitreeoutdoor.com

For warranty claims, Infinitree will for pay for shipping and/or returns of any product that is deemed to be defective and under warranty coverage for a period of two (2) years. If the product/component in question is covered for a period of less than two years, Infinitree will cover the cost of shipping during the warranty coverage period of that component.

How do I care for and clean the Infinitree synthetic wood on my Infinitree furniture?


Our proprietary faux wood is made of durable synthetic materials that can be washed with a solution of mild detergent and warm water. Use a soft bristle brush to gently clean the
material before rinsing with fresh clean water and drying thoroughly.

Clean spills immediately.

Do not leave wine glasses unattended on table surfaces. The curvature of some glasses can act as a magnifying glass for the sun’s rays, damaging the table surface.

Do not allow chemicals to interact with the product. Some sunscreens contain
ingredients that may discolor your furniture. Do not use chemicals, acidic cleansers, or any solvents to clean your products.

How do I care and clean powder-coated aluminum on my Infinitree furniture?


Frames are powder coated for durability. Wash with a mild detergent and warm water before rinsing with clean water and drying thoroughly. A clear car-wax may be used for extra protection against UV rays and/or coastal salt air. Please test this on an unseen area of the frame before applying widely.

How do I care for and clean the resin wicker on my Infinitree furniture?

The wicker is made of durable synthetic materials that can be washed with a solution of mild detergent and warm water. Use a soft bristle brush to gently clean the material before rinsing with fresh clean water and drying thoroughly.

ingredients that may discolor your furniture. Do not use chemicals, acidic cleansers, or any solvents to clean your products.

Do you offer a warranty for your products if purchased from an authorized dealer?

Yes.  Please be sure to purchase from an authorized Infinitree dealer.  The current active list of our dealers can be found here on the dealer locator page.  All purchases from authorized dealers are supported by a manufacturers premium warranty coverage plan.  Ask your dealer for a warranty certificate at the time of purchase.

Do you offer a warranty on Infinitree products purchased from infinitreeoutdoor.com?

Your Infinitree limited warranty is valid for product purchased online at Infinitreeoutdoors.com. The limited manufacturer’s warranty is extended by Infinitree, Inc. of Oakville, Canada to the original purchaser and guarantees against manufacturing defects in the product.

Aluminum frame – 8 years:

If the frame or welds break within eight years of purchase, we will (at our own discretion) repair or replace the frame with a matching style/color where available. If an entire replacement is required and the original style and color are no longer sold, Infinitree will replace with a similar item.

Powder coating finish – 3 years:

If the paint coating cracks, blisters or peels within three years of purchase, Infinitree will (at our own discretion) repair or replace the frame with a matching style/color where available. If an entire replacement is required and the original style and color are no longer sold, Infinitree will replace with a similar item.

Resin wicker & synthetic wood – 2 years:

If within two years, a resin wicker/synthetic wood component breaks or fades excessively, or the wicker unravels Infinitree will (at our own discretion) repair or replace the component/item with a matching style/color where available. If an entire replacement is required and the original style and color are no longer sold, Infinitree will replace with a similar item.

Component parts & moving parts – 1 year:

If a component part fails due to any manufacturing defect within one year of purchase, Infinitree will (at our own discretion) repair or replace the component/item with a matching style/color where available. If an entire replacement is required and the original style and color are no longer sold, Infinitree will replace with a similar item.

Exclusions:

Failures caused by misuse, unreasonable or abusive use (including use in a commercial/non-residential setting) are not covered by this warranty. Damage caused by acts of nature, including but not limited to fire, freezing water, high winds and/or any extreme climate conditions are not covered. Damage from suntan oils, skincare products, bug sprays and other chemicals, scratching or chipping to the finish and normal weathering or fading of the materials are excluded. Any failure resulting from incorrect assembly of the products is not covered by this warranty. Infinitree reserves the right to discontinue colors and components at any time and there is no guarantee that matching replacement components/pieces will be available.
